These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between users of the gg44 platform ("Platform" or "Site") and the organization operating gg44. 03 Account Registration & Management

3.2 Single Account Rule
Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and their balances may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized activity, notify gg44 support immediately. Any transaction made from your account will be treated as your own transaction unless you report unauthorized access.
3.4 Account Closure
You may request to close your account at any time. gg44 also reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms.
04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Payment Methods
gg44 currently supports deposits and withdrawals through the following mobile banking methods:

- Nagad — The postal department's digital payment service.
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.
- Upay — A fast and convenient mobile payment service.

4.2 Deposit Process
Deposited funds are added to the account after verification. gg44 does not charge any additional fee on deposits, however your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
4.3 Withdrawal Process
Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure that all verification processes on your account have been completed. Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawal requests generally take 5-30 minutes to process.
05 Bonus & Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
On your first deposit at gg44, you will receive a 150% first-deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. This bonus is applicable only once.

5.2 Wagering Requirement
To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount.
5.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonus credits may only be used on games approved by gg44.
- While one bonus offer is active, no other bonus may be used at the same time.
- gg44 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, gg44 may investigate the account and cancel the bonus.
- The welcome bonus is applicable only once per individual, household, device, or IP address.
5.4 Other Promotions
gg44 regularly offers new promotional offers. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be detailed on the relevant promotion page. General bonus terms apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise.
06 VIP Program & Cashback
gg44's VIP program has five tiers. Based on regular gaming activity, players can advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback:

- Using multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages from promotions.

In the event of a violation of these prohibitions, gg44 may close the account without notice, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.
